Avocado Bagel

A great way to start your day is with this all-star taking center stage. Add your favorite seasoning and a squeeze of lime for added flavor to complement the creaminess of the avocado. It's one of my favorite go-to options for breakfast. I give it a 4/5 for its super simple construction, excellent flavor, and multitude of flavor combos.
Ingredients:
1 everything bagel
1 small/medium-sized avocado
A few drops of lime juice
4 shakes of Tajin
Protein Options: a couple of shakes of hemp seeds
Directions:
Cut the bagel in half and toast until the desired toastiness is reached
While toasting, cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Then, slice the avocado vertically into slices and slice horizontally into thirds.
Squeeze avocado slices from the peel onto the toasted bagel, and then spread evenly.
Squirt the desired amount of lime juice onto each bagel slice.
Top with a couple of shakes of Tajin or other desired seasoning.
Variations:
Substitute the everything bagel for your favorite flavor.
Other seasoning ideas include salt and pepper, which are always a classic; everything seasoning adds a unique kick; or hemp hearts provide extra protein.
Other toppings: Shake up the flavor by adding diced tomatoes, minced garlic, or ribbons of basil.
