Bean-Ocado Mix

One of my favorite snacks/meals, inspired by Trader José himself. Really quick to assemble, super refreshing, and tastes amazing. This recipe is also easy to make in large portions to meal prep for the week. This recipe earns a well-deserved 4 out of 5 stars.
Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas
1 can of black beans
1 tub of pre-made pico de gallo, or other preferred salsa
lime juice
avocados
Tajin or other seasoning
tortilla chips or other scooper
Protein Options: ¼ cup of hemp seeds
Instructions:
Open the cans of chickpeas and black beans, and empty the excess liquid.
Open the pico de gallo and pour it, along with the beans, into a large mixing bowl.
Optionally pour in the ¼ cup of hemp seeds.
Squirt lime juice on top to taste.
Mix it all up.
Portion out for the week, and before each meal, top it with a freshly cut avocado and Tajin, or other favorite seasoning.
Enjoy using tortilla chips or your other favorite edible scooper.
